Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration
Renewal packets for retailers holding Class C and D licenses, which include restaurants, hotels, clubs, multipurpose facilities, caterers, railroads and marine vessels are due Monday, April 1. To further assist customers, the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA) will offer renewal services on Saturday, March 30 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. In addition, ABRA’s office closing hours will be extended from 4 p.m. on Monday, April 1 to 6 p.m.
Establishments that pay for liquor licenses on an annual basis are due to make licensing payments to ABRA by Monday, April 1. Businesses due to make payments if they opted to do so annually include liquor stores (retailer’s licenses class A), distilleries (manufacturer’s licenses class A), breweries (manufacturer’s licenses class B), and wholesalers (class A licenses only).
Renewal packets and annual payments not returned by the April 1 deadline, will be subject to a late fee of $50 per business day (not to exceed the cost of the license), followed by a cancellation. Additionally, renewals must be completed and returned in-person at ABRA:

Annual payments must be postmarked no later than April 1. Annual payments not postmarked by April 1, must be paid in-person at ABRA.
